4. Property Owner Responsibilities
To ensure proper testing and installation, the property owner agrees to:
Provide access to the home, water sources, and installation areas.
Ensure plumbing is in working condition prior to installation.
Move personal items or valuables from the workspace.
H2H Water is not responsible for damage to personal items, furniture, or landscaping not removed prior to service.
5. System Performance & Limitations
Water quality varies based on source (city, rural, well).
System recommendations are based on in-home testing and water conditions at the time of the appointment.
Some water sources may require additional equipment or upgrades for optimal performance.
H2H Water is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues, outdated piping, electrical issues, or problems caused by previous work done by other contractors.
6. Warranty & Service Issues
Warranty terms vary by system. All warranty documentation will be provided upon installation.
Any concerns must be reported in writing within 7 days of installation.
Tampering with the system, unauthorized repairs, or improper maintenance may void the warranty.
7. Service Refusal or Modification
H2H Water reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or adjust work scope based on:
